Occupational Therapy:

Our Adult Day Health Care provide a place where elderly adults who receive their primary care at home can go to interact socially, receive therapy and counseling, and get the help they need as they go through their day.

Our occupational therapy are administered by a qualified and licensed occupational therapist. Treatments are available to all patients if they are referred by our staff or their own physicians, or if they are diagnosed with a condition that suggests a need of occupational therapy treatment. Our clinical social worker is trained to assess patient needs and give continuing treatment as needed for patients who suffer from grief, depression, difficulty dealing with the drastic changes aging can bring, or any other mental health issue

Our Adult Day Health Care has a Registered nurse during the day. Our registered nurse manages all nursing activity on the premises at all times. Nursing services include continuous monitoring of the medical needs of each participant, administering of treatment, and administration of medication. The registered nurse will also keep continuous contact with each patient's primary physician.

Each of our patients is given a thorough medical assessment by our multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals for medical, physical, and mental illnesses. We keep in touch with our patients’ primary care physicians to maintain continuity of treatment. We also have a doctor on staff round the clock to manage our medical team and make suggestions as to patient care

The patient’s primary caregivers are often family members such as adult children, and they can also benefit enormously from these programs. With the help from our Adult Day Care center, they can get the relief they need to devote time to work and family, or even take some much-needed time off. Free driver: Our Adult day Health Care provide free transportation, well-trained and helpful drivers who can pick patients up and bring them right to our door.
